Getting a faster answer

  • About an order: tell us the email address you paid with, and include the download link or the date you paid if you have them.
  • Already have an email from us? You can just reply to it. Replies come straight to us.
  • A world won’t open? Our import guide fixes most problems in a minute. If it doesn’t, write to us and see our refund policy.
  • Pro billing: you can change your card, download invoices or cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page.
  • Privacy requests: pick “Privacy or data request” above. See our privacy policy for what you can ask for.
