Is Map2Minecraft free?
Generating any area and exploring it in a 3D preview is free, with no signup. Downloading the finished world is a one-time $5 (under 1 km²), $10 (1–5 km²), $29 (5–25 km²), $49 (25–50 km², built after purchase and emailed), $99 (50–100 km², built after purchase and emailed), $199 (100–250 km², built after purchase and emailed, Java only) or $299 (250–500 km², built after purchase and emailed, Java only). Making several? Pro ($39/month or $299/year) gives you unlimited worlds up to 25 km² with no per-map charge.
Can I see my world before I pay?
Yes, always. Generating a world and walking the preview is free at every size, with no account. For a world over 25 km² the preview is its centre 25 km², built right away; the full area is built after you pay.
Why are Java and Bedrock sizes different?
Java worlds go up to 500 km². Bedrock's engine holds the whole world in memory while it builds, so Bedrock worlds stop at 100 km²; the Region and Country sizes are Java only.
How long does a large world take?
Worlds up to 25 km² build in your browser in about 1–5 minutes and download the moment you pay. Larger worlds are built on a dedicated machine after purchase: up to 100 km² they usually arrive by email within the hour, above that within a few hours.
What if something goes wrong?
If a world fails to build or won't open and we can't fix it, you get a refund — the refund policy has the details. Pro can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal on your account page.
